How It Works

Before booking, please take a moment to review what’s best suited for telehealth care. In line with California guidelines, we’re unable to prescribe controlled medications, and your pet must be physically in California during the visit. If in-clinic care is needed, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

1. Telehealth Exam

To start, book your appointment online. You’ll receive a secure Google Meet link to connect with a licensed veterinarian, where you can discuss your pet’s concerns, ask questions, and determine the best next steps for their care.

2. Pharmacy

Prescribed medications will be filled through our in-house or online pharmacy or provided as a written prescription if preferred. If medication is needed for an in-home visit, we’ll schedule it as soon as it arrives.

3. In-Home Visit

If a house visit is recommended, a Registered Veterinary Technician will come to your home ready to support your pet. Visits usually last about 30 minutes and are scheduled within a 2-hour window, keeping your pet relaxed and comfy in their safe, happy place.
